Course Purpose: Our Small Unit Tactics course is designed to train and prepare law enforcement and military personnel to participate in and lead small units during tactical operations in both urban and wooded/open terrain.
Weapons and Ammunition: We provide GLOCK 19/17/AR15/AK47 weapons and 200 rounds of 9 mm ammunition or 400 rounds of 5.56 mm or 7.62 mm ammunition per student.
Skill Prerequisites: To enroll in our course, you must possess prior experience with firearms or infantry experience.
Required Gear: All participants must have sturdy/tactical belts, tactical or combat clothing and footwear, ballistic plate carrier or vest with pouches for AR15/AK47 magazines, helmet or tactical hat, shooting goggles, active ear protection, tactical gloves, knee pads, and climate-appropriate clothing.
Training Program: Our Small Unit Tactics course covers a wide range of topics, including advance patrolling, weapons shooting drills, and ambush techniques. You will learn principles of patrolling, tactical patrol movement and procedures, different carbine platforms, advanced weapons manipulation, and shooting in teams. Additionally, you will gain an understanding of ambushes, defensive and offensive ambush tactics, and counter-ambush techniques.
Law enforcement or military personnel can attend the training with no proof of previous training and receive a 15% discount.
